1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with tez888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another tez888 account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or been excluded by tez888 from operating an account.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a tez888 employee, director, or contractor.

tez888 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

2 Account Information and Accuracy

When registering your tez888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify tez888 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

tez888 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or where the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria in Clause 1. In such cases, any balance remaining after the deduction of bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and any identified fraudulent transactions will be returned to the player via the original payment method used.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

tez888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other local methods published in the cashier section of the platform from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: Up to 24 hours from the time the request is approved, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible.
• Verification requirement: tez888 reserves the right to require full identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

tez888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which tez888 accepts no responsibility. Players are advised to verify applicable charges with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

tez888 is not responsible for delays caused by payment network outages, scheduled maintenance of third-party payment processors, or events outside our reasonable control.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tez888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus that has not been wagered through by its stated expiry date will be automatically cancelled from the player's account.
• tez888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any in-progress wager that is part of an active wagering requirement will be honoured.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including multi-accounting to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using bonus funds in a manner designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their account suspended.

tez888 bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh and are denominated in BDT. Maximum bonus-derived withdrawal amounts may apply to individual promotions; these limits are stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.

5 Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All sports bets placed on tez888 are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will prevail. Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the tez888 system and a bet ID has been issued. Verbal or written acknowledgements from customer support do not constitute bet confirmation.
• tez888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, where obvious pricing errors occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket, football, tennis, boxing, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to late-acceptance rules. tez888 reserves the right to refuse or void in-play bets where match conditions changed materially between the time the bet was placed and the time it was accepted by the system.

6 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

tez888 reserves the right to report any activity it reasonably suspects to be illegal to the appropriate authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

8 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

tez888 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to pass identity or age verification; suspected multi-accounting; any activity that tez888 reasonably believes may cause harm to the platform or to other players.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Where an account is closed by tez888 due to a breach of these Terms, tez888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the player's balance to cover losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the breach.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tez888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, code, user interface design, and data — is the proprietary property of tez888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any tez888 content without express prior written consent from tez888.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is licensed to tez888 for use on the platform and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. tez888 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits tez888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the tez888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and tez888 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
